1. BOOKING: All Appointments are booked online, by you. If you have questions about your treatment, please give us a call, we are always happy to help you.
2. PAYMENT: Appointments are paid in-full, at time of scheduling your Treatment(s).
3. PROCESSING FEE: Due to giving you low and very affordable prices, for the quality of our Treatments, we will add a small processing fee at check-out.
4. We Reserve The Right to Refuse Service to anyone, at our discretion: If it is discovered that you are not eligible for the treatment you paid for, we will give you a credit or a full refund. If for any other reason, you are decline a service, upon your arrival, you will receive a full refund.
5. RE-SCHEDULING: If you must re-schedule your appointment, please do so within 48 hours of your appointment. If you have an emergency, don't worry, we will get you re-scheduled.
6. CHILDREN: No person under the age of 14 years old, is permitted inside the facility.
7. Spa Party: The facility is strictly reserved for you and your guests, and not shared with anyone else.
